I was trying to gauge my ovulation by viewing my cervical mucus. For about 4-5 days I had the stretchy egg whites described and then I had two dry days. On the second dry day I had unprotected sex . Is there a god chance i got pregnant?

have been trying to figure out which day I am ovulate by checking my cervical mucus. This last cycle, I had a lot of white/cloudy mucus for about a week and then one day I had the same abundunce of mucus but it looked like egg whites and stretched a few centimeters. I thought that was my ovulation day, however for a week after that I still had quite a bit of mucus that was fairly clear but did not stretch. After that, I was dry. When was my ovulation?

I always hear that ovulation can occur at different times in women who’s period is irregular. But I was wondering if your period is pretty regular (mine is always within 3 days before or after the previous period beginning, usually before) can ovulation occur earlier or later than the 13-15 day time span?
I was also wondering what to look for (besides basal body temp) when trying to figure out if your ovulating or fertile. Does detecting it have anything to do with how much cervical mucus you secrete or any other details anyone can think of such as emotions or physical feelings?

I’m not TTC or anything. Quite the opposite actually. My cycles seem to be out of whack, so I want to be able to track my ovulation so I can better keep track of when my periods are due so I can better avoid pregnancy. What does the cervical mucus look like when a woman is ovulating? What is the texture, the color, ect?

I have been trying to track my ovulation and do not know exactly the best time to conceive based on cervical mucus. Now it is white and thick? Am I too late? Please only knowledgeable answer.

How many days past ovulation should you expect to start getting a lot of cervical mucus again?

I know you dry up after ovulation but when should it get moist again?

I was tracking and testing cervical mucus… But either I am not good at testing that or have a long lutuel phase (about 20 days, not 14). I saw box of ovulation tests in the store – they are expensive though to use every month.

My gynocologist recommended a multi-vitamin with 800mg of folic acid, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Calcium 1200mg. However I heard that Vitamin C can dry up cervical mucus? Has anyone heard about that?

My nipples sting and hurt after ovulation but I am confused about how recently I ovulated when this happens. I feel like it happens one day after ovulation ( I don’t use OPK’s but I check cervical mucus) and so I am wondering when you ladies experience it? Also does anyone else have one nipple that hurts more then the other (its always my right)?

I have been trying to keep track of when I ovulate based upon cervical mucus..I start having cervical mucus usually 3- 4 days after my period and it last about 4 days..is that a sign of ovulation or that ovulation is beginning and your actual ovulation time is after all that when you have no mucus??
how do you find that proper or improper..I thought this is where you can openly ask womens questions ??
