Ovulation?

I have been trying to keep track of when I ovulate based upon cervical mucus..I start having cervical mucus usually 3- 4 days after my period and it last about 4 days..is that a sign of ovulation or that ovulation is beginning and your actual ovulation time is after all that when you have no mucus??
how do you find that proper or improper..I thought this is where you can openly ask womens questions ??

Usually you have an increase in clear discharge around the days of ovulation. It lasts about 3-4 days. Your days and timing seem to be on tract.

actually starting 14 days after your period you are ovulatng again. so for that 14-15 days leading up…you are vulnerable to pregnancy
