What are some good foods that are vitamin rich and might actually help get your body ready for conception? What are some foods that will boost the sperm count in men?
I was wondering if there are any lifestyle changes that we can do to increase our chances of conceiving this month. I just got AF this morning and trying to be more proactive in my health.
I know eating more healthy like more fruits and veggies. I am also a vegetarian so maybe I need to look more into that also. I do take a high potency multivitamin that includes folic acid 800mcg.
For my husband I am making him take mens one a day multivitamin. From alot researching does taking zinc help. Would you buy a seperate supplement of zinc.
Any other suggestions like taking herbs, robitussin etc that might help.
I am 38 so I might have limited time. If I don;t conceive on my own within 4-6 months I will see my ob/gyn and probably move right on to fertility treatments. Right now I want to have a fighting chance that I can do this.
Any suggestions, ideals, opinions and websites would be helpful that you can provide will be helpful.
What are some good foods for my husband and I to eat while trying to conceive?
Ok, so there are some foods which produce an estrogen-like effect in the body.
Some examples of these are soy & coffee.
Considering that I am a vegetarian and I have a lot of soy in my day to day diet; can that in any way effect my fertility?
Would it make it easier/harder to conceive or have no effect whatsoever?
I was just curious.
thanks in advance =)
I just purchased a copy of this- which was written by a reproductive endocrinologist. I am wondering if any of you have had experience with the book?
