I need some help here. We are trying for a baby. I ovulated the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th of this month. My period was due the 23th. Of course it is late. I am unsure if I am pregnant or not and I think it is too soon to detect the pregnancy hormones in my body? Althou I have taken 3 test all negative. I think it might be too sonon to know for sure. What do you think? How long should you wait after ovulation to detect pregnancy? Please help?

I had problems with conceiving my first child due to hostile cervical mucus and i had ovulation problems. I took clomid and IUI to conceive. I was wondering how many women had infertility problems with #1 and conceive fast and normal with # 2? How fast did you concieve #2 after delivering #1?

I am on my second month TTC and decided to purchase ovulation test strips. I have gone over my calender for the past year and noticed my cycles to last anywhere from 31-33 days with some crazy ones in between (35 days, 37 days). The instructions say to start day 16 for 32 day cycle. Should I start sooner? Later? I am very confused. Thanks for all of your help.

I tested for ovulation yesterday at 845pm and it was positive. I had intercourse last night. (Sorry, too much info). Then today I tested again at 4pm and it’s negative. Should I have sex again tonight? Has anyone had ovulation test positive for couple days? Does this mean my LH Surge is too short?

My husband and I have been ttc for 9 months. That isn’t nearly as long as some people have to try, but for 9 months I have not been ovulating correctly. Even 150mg of Clomid did not make me O right. I’m thinking about having the infertility testing done, but of course, my insurance does not cover it. I’m from Arkansas and I realize it is probably not as expensive here as some places, but I wondering how much the approximate cost of infertility testing is.

If a teen girl has had periods before, but they’ve suddenly stopped, and now she takes birth control pills to continue having them, can this cause infertility?
The reason the periods stopped is due to sudden weight loss. The weight loss was caused by an eating disorder which could not be technically classified as a "disorder" but it contained the same types of mindsets.

I can’t seem to find any good links or anything. I want to know how exactly breastfeeding prevents ovulation and menstruation. Eg, the hormones involved, and how those hormones are specifically changed during lactation as opposed to a normal cycle.

horrible tests and before even trying to conceive (yes, if you can’t
conceive for more then a year, you are infertile, and so on), but can
you do it before you start, without tests?
Can weight be a factor, say, you weight too little? An age – what age?
Say, you are old and tiny, does it mean you are infertile?
Just thought – am old and tiny, would not need any contraception?

I’m not looking to get pregnant just to get that out of the way. I just want to know how soon after ovulation will the monthly period occur? I know everyone isn’t exact but a good estimation would be helpful.

I’ve heard that infertility begins to increase even by 30, is this true?

I’ve heard that you get egg white cervical mucus 3-4 days BEFORE ovulation actually occurs?

I got an abundance of egg white cervical mucus on cycle days 13 & 14 and now the last two days it hasnt been there.

But according to that theory does that mean I’ll ovulate on cd 16 or 17? Something like that.

How soon after experiencing your peak amount of egg white cervical mucus will you ovulate?

I want to know which website would be the best one to calculate my ovulation day. I’ve been on several ones, and all of their calculations tell me different days of when I ovulate next month. It’s confusing.

I have PCOS and had a pelvic ultrasound to see if I had any cysts on my ovaries. The doc told me there are no cysts, but I have a lot of follicles on one side and a few on the other. I got a brief explanation that the follicles are a good thing, but not quite sure why and what their function is.

Quick question if a Clear Blue easy Ovulation test detects ovulation on day 14 of your cycle (but your cycles are irregular put on Provera to bring one on) how long after the surge is detected do you ovulate? and in return when is the latest one should expect to get there period? First time user of Provera/ Clomid thanks for your help!
